If you were an incredibly light sleeper and had a neighbor who started his car up at six and left it running for half an hour before driving away EVERY MORNING what would you do?
A. Go over to his house and calmly ask that he not start his car until he’s ready to drive away.
B. Slash his tires.
C. Take two days to switch all the furniture from one bedroom to the other.
D. Deal with waking up over an hour before you have to every morning.

Haha oh I am so sorry! That's not fun! I can sleep through a hurricane (and I have); my husband, however, is more of a light sleeper like you. Honestly, though, I would probably sleep in another room. I tend to be a coward sometimes when it comes to confrontations. You could always bake him cookies and take them over and stealthily talk about how running your car like that burns up a ton of extra gas. I wish you the best of luck with it!
ReplyDeleteOh bummer.... :/ Is it because he's trying to defrost it? Anyway, I would actually probably do C, but only because I've heard one too many horror stories about nasty neighbors and would rather sacrifice two days than risk making the rest of my time living there miserable. Unless, of course, you already have a relationship with him, then maybe A would work just fine. Sheesh, probably not helpful!! Hope it goes well!
